Phoenix Multi- Media Piece
I've been beginning to experiment with combining my pyrography works with watercolor painting. While I usually keep the two mediums separate, for this art piece I felt it needed that splash of color to effectively portray the mythological firebird.
Here is the pyrography stage of this piece. I left it less detailed than I would have done for a normal pyrography piece, so the watercolors wouldn't be overwhelmed.
